I've been frequenting the yoga mat in the mornings before work, which has been giving me such an uplifting start to my day. It wasn't until I discovered the Into the Wild soundtrack, that I realized this is the way I want to start every morning. Wake up. Meditate. Breathe the melody. There is something really sacred about waking up early to show gratitude toward your body and your life. Really makes you want to live in the moment.
That album was the soundtrack to my journey into aloneness - from which I emerged a stronger and less fearful woman. Great tunes!
